MY ROLE

As the sole manager of all YouTube talent, I oversaw 50+ influencers with audiences ranging from 25,000 to 4,000,000 subscribers, exceeding performance expectations by bringing in 36.17% of all trial volume for my 5-person team and maintaining a sub $50 cost-per-trial.

Exceeded Influencer Performance Expectations by 36%

In my role overseeing influencers as the manager of YouTube talent, I surpassed performance expectations by driving ~36% of all trial volume for my team of five and was able to maintain a cost-per-trial of under $50 (well below the target of $160).

Working with my team, I took the lead in implementing a brand funding strategy, resulting in an impressive $229k raised within six months to support the team’s budget. Beyond talent management, I wrote 37 articles for the Thrive Market Blog, including a captivating series called "That Sounds Delicious” featuring influencer interviews and recipes. Also at Thrive, I effectively oversaw two direct reports, an associate and an intern to scale the YouTube talent while staying within the allocated budget of $100k and achieving a cost-per-trial of $40 (again surpassing the target of $160).
